Welcome to DeskTrail! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DeskTrail platform and services. By using DeskTrail, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

DeskTrail is a platform that connects users (“Customers”) with workspace providers (“Partners”). DeskTrail itself does not own or manage any workspaces.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use DeskTrail.

3. Bookings & Payments

Customers agree to pay all fees associated with bookings made through DeskTrail.

All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms set by each workspace provider.

DeskTrail may process payments on behalf of partners.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by the workspace provider and shown before booking.

DeskTrail is not responsible for refunds outside of the provider’s stated policy.

5. Partner Responsibilities

Workspace providers must ensure that listed spaces are safe, accessible, and accurately represented.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, unauthorized use, or violation of local laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The condition, safety, or availability of a workspace.

Damages or losses arising from use of a workspace.

8. Termination

DeskTrail reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
